its been a busy week......
I'm going to be trading over Easter weekend at Inn on the park in St Albans, and iv been whipping up these soft toy bunnies like there is no tomorrow, I started with idea Id make just 3, and they have rapidly become my new obsession, it uses up pretty fabric and they are easy to make, and now I have a whole warren of rabbits! I also took my son shopping for new clothes, but he is his own fashionista and insisted all he needed where some sunnnies and a straw hat! (its currently SNOWING!) and of cause, last weekend was St Patricks day, so he had to Honor his roots and rock the Irish shirt

When England turned into Narnia.....
Its not often I get 3-4 days off from working, but with Narnia turning up and nursery closed, I enjoyed a very wintry few days mucking around in the snow, My son and his Dad built their very first snowman, accompanied by a snow dog, we picked up a bargain sledge in a local toy store, which meant navigating town became a doddle, and we went and made sure the local ducks and swans hadn't frozen in the pond! but now I'm dreaming of Sunshine, lazy summer days and not having to wear several jumpers at the same time! Back to work later today...maybe!

snow day off......
Hi, So in typical British fashion, every time it snows everyone acts surprised and the country slowly grinds to a halt!, so after picking up my little man from nursery, and watching him skip home in delight at the snow, we are now having an afternoon off! cue Toy Story box set, homemade cookies, and absolutely NO sewing for me!
St Albans is a very pretty place to live in the summer, but in the winter is looks magical.....
shots of the countryside that hugs our house, my son wrapped up warm and the view from his bedroom.
